This form is specially used for foods, such as: liquids, soy sauce, vinegar, spices, vegetable oils, beverages, mineral water and other edible liquids as well as filling liquid chemical pesticides.

The machine has high filling accuracy, no bubbles, no leakage, and is suitable for filling 50-500ml, 100-1000ml and 500-5000ml bottles (including guide bottles).
Suitable for filling various types of containers, it can switch filling specifications in a few minutes, with short filling and high production capacity; There is no need to add spare parts to replace the packing specifications, but only adjustments can be made to complete it. Users can choose the filling volume according to their own production capacity to select the number of filling heads, and the color touch screen can display the production status, operating procedures, filling methods, etc. The screen is easy to use, easy to operate, and easy to maintain.
Each filling head is equipped with a bottleneck adjuster to ensure precise injection alignment, and the design uses a straight-line method to collect bottles at the inlet and at the outlet to expand the filling function. Containers of different shapes can be filled effectively in this equipment.
An international advanced gas filling valve is selected to ensure that no leakage or overflow occurs during the filling process.
Powerful PLC programming supports perfect packing process and excellent interface so that all operations are completed via touch screen.
When filling, fixed actuators are used to control the filling timing to achieve different gauge filling. The precise filling time of the pneumatic valve can be set to 0.01 seconds, enabling the measurement accuracy to be controlled within a ±1% error range, reducing unnecessary material loss, and improving the user's economic efficiency.
Each filling head can be sized individually to achieve consistent filling metering. The machine adjusts the bottle entry programming, or in the event that there are no bottles, they have not been counted, or they are not filled. Filling begins only when the number of bottles registered by the counter matches the specified number of filled bottles. The filling quantity can be adjusted to the required amount of filling, and then the ideal filling measuring accuracy can be obtained.
